This is the rust castle show the Howard and charge my batteries specialists and ensure that people listen to what they wanna know what's going on Iraq especially around here that's -- live -- is all -- -- -- whatever. -- on your mind is fine with me for this Friday. In -- advantage story line numbers -- 2329673. Spartanburg. 5749673. WOR -- text line 71307. I mean the infinite variety. That people want to share with the -- I loved here you just never know. -- wow a fake jobs report that spurs on a fake stock market now that's news right. Yet the unemployment rate supposedly down to 7%. Now but we as. We felt they have. They think the numbers. They think the numbers that was a big controversy. Especially last year before the election I mean it's absolutely been proven and then. You you realize folks we have. The highest number -- 35 years ninety million people who are not in the labor force and evil or. And then as I always tell -- when these jobs reports come out got to look at something called the use six she got to look at the other things in their. But it does give an example there's there's a group out there -- coal generation opportunity. And they always put out every time we have an unemployment number that comes out from the government. They break it down quickly and they immediately sent out a press release they called the millennial. Jobs report. Here's their -- Fifteen point 9% of young people still out of work. And they break it down. Eighteen to 29 girls the effective use six unemployment rate. Which you just pro labor force participation. Because they include those to be given up looking for work. Fifteen point 9%. The declining labor force participation rate. Has created an additional one point 844 million young adults. That are not counted as unemployed by the US Department of Labor because they're not in the labor force meaning that those young people. Had given up looking for work. Because of the lack of jobs. The effective U six unemployment rate for eighteen to 29 year old African Americans. 24 point 4% to. The effective unemployment rate for eighteen to 29 year old Hispanics. Is sixteen point 9%. The effective. U six unemployment rate for eighteen to 29 year old women. Thirteen. Point 8% it's. I mean. 41% of eighteen to 29 roles. 41% approve. Of the president's job performance that is the lowest rating recorded in his entire presidency. Dropped eleven points in this group. Since. April of this year. Only three out of ten and younger Americans eighteen to 29. Is we talked about yesterday say they're gonna and roll. In the obamacare exchange's 57%. Of colonials. Disapprove of obamacare. And ever recall election were held today 52%. Of younger Americans eighteen to 24. Say yes they would vote to recall President Obama so -- let someone brought that up. The new unemployment rate supposedly if you believe. Is 7%. Russia were talking about the survey South Carolina being the most polite state. If South Carolina is the most polite state it must mean the rest of the country's pretty awful. -- South Carolina polite who cares our state government so corrupt south -- a joke to the rest of the nation so who cares. Ross I'm thirty moved Anderson when I was seven seems like my family and I. Have been accepted here it never had any problem. Until I go back to Michigan to visit family that's where I have problems but I will say the nicest people I have met. Are from the state of Virginia. Her right. -- if -- sign up on healthcare dot gov does -- come with a free subscription to light -- it should go to. -- Barbour wants to talk about obamacare hi Ralph. Are you that today I'm doing okay and do you -- but aren't you know. And -- -- that got beat up employ. Adult. The government had -- -- black. Right. We've got beat it to make sure but I do appreciate it well you're not a good -- golf ball much -- saying. -- -- ultimately issued a lot of why. Fear they got it until they they've been hearing. What are you UPS drivers don't have a beating Saturday. And explained. How Obama care it ought to look at them. Mean. -- -- out or it is this locally. The home used to be that much fun at our facility image and -- -- it. Right right they're using -- you know UPS and unionized right. And so they -- being on call it that I have explained to them what obamacare you gotta do their share. And does he. Does -- anticipate that it's -- be you have -- Oh he does not going to be as worried. You know thirty some years there it right. Our cultural -- former. Forum -- rich do you live. Catalanotto and guard and they were not at Fort Jackson. He shares because of what they've then I'll. She's certainly churn them try -- and I'm out of trouble -- -- -- -- make sure that third and certain. Let him get a little cooler right way -- ever get attention out. Mean when you're coming -- I had you right back out -- numbers. And play. Okay. They've taken a web front and come back here a minute imagine you'd be -- the current media in order it. Demi and numbers. Okay you haven't found out. -- Any little threatened that that would be a little bit about apple obamacare spared the object that -- -- An entry short term memory or not they should there. You know getting. A candidate I. Well it's the biggest headline. Well there's actually -- about obamacare today rob thank you for the call every weekend. You can't say this enough folks. I mean with. It really weak we really still do not know CNN has a story about a today's three questions. That the Obama administration won't answer about obamacare. How many people are on the web site. How many people are really really signing up in how broken is the back into this you know all the security issues and and hopefully that answered congress. About the fraud did. Then that is. The website and all of obamacare but here's the thing. In about. Let's see what is today wasn't -- Chris this is six right Friday yes this is so in about a month from now. Is when people are real I mean this thing is gonna explode because after the first of the year or so many people think -- signed up and they're not. The insurance covers hearsay and they're getting gobbledygook. Passed on to them from health care -- go. And so what is Obama gonna try to -- while they have because people think their signed up and CNN money. Makes the point that I made last week. -- let me tell you what they right here in the first -- just because. You pick and obamacare insurance policy it doesn't mean that your comfort. Let me say that again just because you. Finally got through. It just because you think you're signed up it does not mean that you have insurers will -- why not. Because you have to pay. Your first month's premium. But I did due date which for a lot is but in December 31 -- guess what you don't have insurance. Now that sounds simple enough. CNN reporting -- federal officials and insurers. Are increasingly. Concerned that many consumers don't realize. You have to pay. The premium. First. Are you don't have any insurance. And if you don't pay it and let's face it we're coming up on Christmas. Lot of lot of folks think well -- I don't have the money right now are I don't I don't wanna spend it on this if you don't pay. By the big -- in many cases the end of the month. Then that application that you thought you -- if it's terminated. And you have to try to re enroll. Because this thing has been push push -- we have a tighter deadline than ever before you know supposed to be December 15 which is next week then they pushed it back to the twenty -- And then the insurance companies are supposed to think it all out between the 23 in the end of the year. This thing old man a month from now. This is what we're going to be talking about every day on the radio. You've got until December 23 to pick an insurance plan on health care dot ago. Okay this is in 36 states if you wanna be covered by January 1 one to fourteen. And you may get to that final screen that says -- you've completed that application. But unless you pay that first premium it's all for naught. Some companies some except on line payments others. You know -- you have to mail to. And then that's in 36 states those who live in fourteen states plus DC. And south Carolina's one of these fourteen states we have this exchange. But there's there's different there's different deadlines. All across the country different deadlines. From state to state. So Obama can say oh we got a 100000 people that picked up plans in October. And many people you know since since then November in the first several days of December here. The Obama administration. Does not know how many of these people have actually paid their premium I was thinking about this today you know a lot of folks. They go to health care dot gov or whatever. And in their minds. They think it's free. Because of all the things that Obama's continues to say. Well Obama wanted me to have insurance that must mean I don't have to -- I guarantee you there's some people that think that it's free. And then the other headline that I saw something to think about your folks just think about. We're gonna see a lot of medical tourism. American thinker has appease us -- are you ready to visit a beach and a doctor in Latin America there -- news reports now in South America. That day have picked up on what can be very lucrative for them they have plans ready for your next doctor's visit here's one report. As for why people are seeking out Latin America the answer is basically why not procedures are much more affordable. And with proper research many quality facilities an accredited doctors can be found. There is to -- like geisha and reversal surgery in Mexico. But implants in Costa Rica -- and breast implants in Columbia. Assisted fertility and gastric bypass and Argentina and dental work in El Salvador. People visiting Latin America for cancer treatment cheap pharmaceuticals. Diabetic care and rehab in fact patients beyond borders. Reporting Mexico now attracts more than a million patients patients a year. It's this proximity to North America that makes Latin America's medical tourism so attractive. Other factors include favorable exchange rates. Bilingual health care officials friendly cultures tropical climates and exotic locations. They'll allow for relaxing and -- recovery time. Still there are those who were fearful of traveling to a foreign country for medical procedure they often have misconceptions about Third World standards of living. Poverty disease violence and more. Something else. That may keep folks from experiencing. Medical tourism is the threat of malpractice without the US legal system offering protection. The truth they -- is many health care providers in Latin America or internationally. Accredited by the joint commission international. The doctors are bilingual many of them US board certified are trained in the states some health care providers also have ties. To stateside medical institutions. Now let me just asked. Always is something that you would ever consider maybe a little vacation and having a procedure went on and I I would know why did people tell me sometimes that that the prices a lot better but then you kind of worry about. Wohl what -- something goes wrong. What is throw this out has anybody listening to the radio right now ever had. Let's let's describe a major. Medical procedure. -- in another country if you're an American said let me enemies have been more specific. As anybody within the sound of my voice decided. To go have a major procedure done in another country. For price reasons or other reasons. Maybe just not a concern about medical care here and I'm just curious because apparently this is a big coming thing with the -- mess that is obamacare. A lot of folks will just say to heck this. I'm gonna go ahead of whatever I'm having done somewhere else and this whole deal that American vigorous about Latin America. I'm curious on this Friday. -- -- them better or anything else Richard and travelers rest tied. -- don't -- doing OK and you are doing well. -- -- work this country. Questionable I'll listen to that girl yesterday that wasn't sections or whatever. And I appreciate don't know -- The government -- -- whatever. And I have been on outside and apparently it works and follows a level program in peace six. -- and IBM and you know you can go to work and you know like in the summertime only back in the what -- -- as long as you probably get abuse -- unit we're and today eighty I don't -- -- These kids should federal you know while they're taught not to work twelve. And I don't there -- Other thing was do their yeah. Our government was. Of -- steady amount -- can in the Bible where they had you know gubernatorial -- well. -- world sort of prepare and endure the brother Paul were destitute. And they went back to wait cherished -- -- who it was but -- -- the legal -- and they had something called Greenberg. What they would do put up port it would leave the corners that appeal to. But for those people to Greensboro and -- -- group a little bit extra. Two greens but guess what brought a very heavy hit -- -- -- -- and give him repealed yet and make it happen and you know what. The old self from a concept of when a wing you can read about it in in Ruth yes. Well I'm I'm I'm right colonel. You know and they're not like that a lot of people it's this attitude people -- at a our -- 80000 dollars. Melted so I'm a little bit -- -- the minimum wage. Work so. I'm only allowed awards 3230 degree. Say what we're blessed and come problem with the government urban got you so I'm out here and you know I'm all -- complete too late. And to investigate the. That's all anybody can ever do Richard thank you so much quickly Mike in Chesney I'm like. -- arrogant -- Merry Christmas. Where could this huge star and you know if you heard me a valuable walk up. No use for 99 and 98%. Politicians and in Washington. But I would like has said he felt better about -- people represented -- Spartanburg county. -- -- He has appeared to be the only politician in Washington -- ask IndyCar owners at all. Okay. Why what do you base metal. -- -- Interviews that he can we. That idiot they couldn't tell whether president her -- and now Obama. Penn State constitutional authority to do what he did yeah it. And these starter early on and Christian only Spellman. Whatever and they end the interview. With the people form the protests. What I argue knock. Extreme but questions on their golf. Yeah I am the first parred of what -- talking about happened earlier. Again I guess it was this week here here's some of the what you what I'll do let me take this break. And when we come back I'll play the audio from that video and what this concerns folks is Obama's lawlessness. Entry -- did have a great question if the president certainly made me think if the president. Can't ignore laws even ones like Obama care that he signed and just kind of make it a -- goes along. Then that the one of them profound questions a -- got a yes and the president then just ignore election law. Now think about that for a second if they're -- -- That Obama really has to totally Obey and faithfully execute. So we'll do that thanks Mike for bringing it up when we come back 1025 -- right this part of what Mike was talking about -- This is that the House Judiciary Committee hearings. On the president's constitutional duty to faithfully. Execute used the lawless congressman trade -- -- strikes me that oh. All -- can require. Action or forbid action on wall can forbid the possession of child pornography the wall. -- some instances require you to file an income tax return mr. Lazarus is the chief executive constitutionally capable of ignoring. Both categories of wall. Not as basic. Said several times. Congressman Gary. The president cannot. Refused to acquire enforce the -- for policy reasons. Well -- let's analyze -- for second that the congress decided. And its our collective was stone dead if you possessed X amount of a controlled substance you're going to get X amount of time in prison. You may like mandatory minimums you may not like this this administration so merrily dispensed. With that wall. So my question to you again is -- chief executive. Failed to enforce categories of wall that are both permissive and mandatory. No -- that it is well established that the executive branch as. Prosecutorial discretion. That's a decline in -- what are the limits of up prosecutorial discretion. You know very frankly I -- I'm not an expert on the let me ask you this -- the president it was assumed that a statute required you to -- two pieces of identification to purchase a -- And the chief executive knock that down to one. I guess I have to know the more but I would. It's a very simple fact better you have to shoot two forms of ID to possess or purchase of borrow. To purchase of our. -- the chief executive under his pardon authority or his prosecutorial. Discretion authority. Knock that down to just one form of identification. Both there I'm not aware of limits on the president's pardon authority. So you would say he could under the pardon authority of president can pardon. Just about anyone not that he shouldn't even before the act is committed I think that's the that the reason we can't -- the -- committed that's my question. I'm sorry -- need to put before the act is committed again that's another that's that's above my pay grade I don't really know that if the president can fail to enforce immigration walls can the president likewise failed to enforce election at all whether the president can pardon. I mean he just took him to -- whoever that guy was but it's a very thought. Provoking question there. Are the latest from fox on the death of -- Nelson Mandela this is the Russ castle show. Howard and charge my batteries specialists and Merry Christmas to you and yours 103624. Away from eleven. Eagles advantage talk lines are jammed as soon as someone gets hit sand. Because -- an adult who -- these minorities revolutionary used to be black power. But I don't I it I don't know in the context of Mandela I don't know. Roll from. What the word says the group that says somewhere in the Bible. God's word will not see. Oh starter in court and God's word will not be. Mocked. There will not see. Well I don't know what it. What are you quoted continue work group investigation. Into redemption. The investigation has never stops. The current status of this is we hit. We had. What's the word I'm looking for -- we had we had -- wall poker because we have to numerous accusations concern concerning. The redemption world -- story but bad. We couldn't get past it to have any proof. And that we get a few people come forward it's not just us mainly our own -- -- an hour he's been investigating this. But it's also a fox Carolina our news partner in -- wants an out there. And we we we all ran into the same thing we a lot of folks who've won it said they wanted to talk. In some of them did come forward and -- they made a lot of accusations but then it of course to be responsible reporter on this. You have to try to get some verification you have to get more than one source. And we have a lot of accusations but very little if it is well really none no corroborating information. And so we're at a standstill. -- -- contender for the parent yankees are you know could order a huge cheer her customary Christmas YouTube. A hundred -- from Errol buddies called and I know I don't worry you a Merry Christmas. And circuses CK that's a big part of the -- of my -- it. I enjoy your conversation this morning it is usual thank you and and it they're alert and as you Uganda episode is still appreciate it thank you -- thanks so much. I'll say this it's because -- been out there that I thereby place and a one trick -- and I guess right now I don't because. I'm doing one thing and just trying to to do what I can't to minimize or stop obamacare South Carolina. Tata excellent take you so we quirky political three weeks until Christmas right now and I want everybody enjoy their families enjoy entertainment -- But -- -- and is ready get ready for the -- January because so. -- and Christine -- only by hand on a whole lot of mailers Surrey England net but elsewhere want people to think about the reason policy of which are more important and everything else we do it right up and enough so but be ready January -- rally. It's more important than ever. Do we get together and -- just sort of strange -- standing in Columbia. Democrats Danner now actually style and be able to minimize security obamacare is not a weird. Well we talked about yesterday even but -- -- who's running for lieutenant governor the only Democrat that's announced. I mean -- Democrat's Democrat. And he. As brief filed a bill. To give tax credits for the they medical device tax that is an Obama care. But in in part of that filing as we talk to -- yesterday and the story. He said that he wanted to quote lessened the burden of obamacare I thought that was big news bill when you've got a Democrat admitting that obamacare is a burden. Bet that's big news content on two fronts rest it is -- these -- Democrats in the and it but it also assures you -- -- school's main domestic or two decision the course source but but a lot of people don't -- -- a compromising principles it's just gonna it can't they don't artwork in their agenda. To advance sales and pull political. And that's what I Brooklyn Bridge site that actually just dolls maybe people won't come from a prosperous also compromise at all they're bullies and it just commendable announcement that Blair makes. He stated corridor Belichick coming to -- -- everybody again and didn't -- side all the slot crazy all year. And as that there's bill indeed the newspaper but it children and grandchildren and this is gone impact you know they should be -- and you know if you really wanna look at it that way. Well and we're gonna have such a mess bill and about a month from now especially these people who think there are signed up and they don't have insurance coverage. And who knows one of them may be in a car accident you know and had -- hospital and they're gonna walk up and say as an -- for obamacare. And all of a sudden they're gonna say well. We don't have a record because the insurance company that all these insurance companies are complaining they're written gobbledygook out of how you're not go Ben and a lot of folks don't realize that you've got to pay the premium first before you actually have coverage I mean do we really have to educate people about bad. But age 3101 passed the house which was a milestone thanks to big people like you it ran into you know roadblock in the senate. Is a lot of folks have said listen this is going to be one of the priorities when you get back to work in January here's my question though. Where's the governor on this have you heard from the governor she's going to be on -- Bob again I think December 10. I tied to this day I don't know where Nikki Haley stands on nullification. Well -- This system can discourage -- because it is a great destination great issue for. Apparently she needs something like this up I just absolutely. -- win win situation hurt you don't or the biggest politically he went to Japan like -- -- and so it will be a great -- -- -- but I haven't heard anything era except -- -- -- -- -- -- this week at a -- -- -- And now they say this year so -- he was kind of coming around. But it. Big ear that she's strategy was cited it became a -- which is -- Let you know are real so statements as such they're pressuring him on a commotion but I think it probably way -- And I think is the biggest obstacle in the senate. And -- now I. I think just misunderstanding it was one out. Really now people don't understand what we're overdue and we've been working on this planet restruct -- not just a week that the committee that we put together that would be you know this this -- constitutional scholars and medical doctor and a group of people. Where we have the last display today -- a week before it got pretty all the legal I want to make sure. You -- that we had. We were old Charlie Brown -- we are what we are and so it is just so nice and an accurate statistics well more if it. Did it work our total current age -- what we're doing health education as such and it is 200 year old -- all okay. A good is we've explained in the many hours we have spent on this. Nullification is happening right here right now in America -- -- case in point federal drug laws concerning marijuana. I -- the states obviously are trumping what the federal law says and even Barack Obama and Eric Holder -- find it we we don't we're not gonna say any thing. So is it just a case of whether they want to or not they wanna step in and exert. Suppose suppose it does the supremacy clause I mean this is crazy but. We we're in the clearer now bill I think and we've been about who just won an absolute disaster. Obama care is and it's bought more than just the web site it's going to be amass a month from now it's going to be a mess a year from now two years from now ten years from now. And -- the states have to take the power because obviously. The -- -- cowards in Washington DC. That they're just gonna go along what does not affect many congressman that people voted for here in South Carolina -- signing up for it and ordering their staff to sign up for. I mean it's it's it's crazy but I got one of those -- a bill before I had to go here -- Other common court -- you're involved in this 20 yeah and and there's a story out on fox today though a lot of teachers are complaining now about common core. Because basically even it's that what they're saying is in essence it is a federal curriculum. That is interfering with the states and I know you're fighting this too and let me ask you again. Where is the governor on repealing common core because it was the governors across the country they got common -- implemented anyway. -- -- -- South Carolina before governor Haley came on board and thank you know better right -- try to -- but it but actually but I would look here take leadership position on this site is another disaster. And all you know and in another good reason for us to. Finally be able to know fassel -- and they which has actually impose you don't some of these other ridiculous like common core is so much because you know 01 way of teaching. Nationally. To try to make it work and restated Everest you'd been just never go out -- did he can't he can't teach that way. And I have been so many seminars and so many studies culture and comical everytime I hear about it just works it is actually -- well. It is these teachers that are talking to fox saying in essence. It does away with what teachers are best at it -- -- if that's being able to. You know take their students kind of you don't understand where these students are coming from. What common -- does it nationalize is everything and we're back to basically teaching it just to the test even the people you know printing some of the materials now. Are are pretty much saying right out front. Dead that may affect their marketing according to sparks story the common core materials as quote common for a lie and and so what it is that is the folks in establishment of a national standard and that's insured nationalize thing. The school curriculum for the states including ours and the bill what do you think the chances are. In the next legislative session that something will passed to an essence nullify or repeal. Common core for South Carolina. Well we if we. Get the bunkers by taking care in January the producing it than we have an excellent chance because over the we have two in place that we can do that script but alas that. I still don't know what a great a great -- people are beginning to understand. Every one of these deals ever won at least federal overreach and -- -- and that we you don't even know anything about all the senators that there is just buyer might assist just kind of -- they and especially this plane was actually done and really if you wanna get no nobody. It's all about it it's her money did the states wanted the money -- We we've learned through its assembly do so many instances all Washington asked to do is dangle little money and and the states will jump on board just like that. We've got a great deal and that we've absolutely got to quit thinking about the money it -- -- -- principles and start payments -- rattled mr. -- -- actually refuted some money but tell our children here in our state we -- we -- -- Well all the way to we want how we want true candidate out there actually like analytically and not a big digital -- got like some acorda has that was cosponsored. But the real low which -- International standard to stop come on court cannot think. If you -- have a pretty well deeply into that and the younger I don't think. We need more Walsh used to help more well I certainly don't believe that but I have been so occupied with -- obamacare. They didn't just -- situation -- splint placed and the public -- been working on net but a lot of lot with the -- safety act all the national defense authorization act. A must immediately -- that directly. Low impact the people South Carolina and -- because our economy and so have been fighting all these -- -- overwhelmed but we have actually we have actually got to. Forget about money and look at look at forget about the power structure has been influenced me in particular spotlight. I'm not only ever for political reasons I hope you understand and I. I don't care about -- I don't -- kids. Do you think I would talk to you this long if I thought you were politicking. Well listen. You know they would have been a little bit OK okay no heart are absolutely and that's the reason I always love talking to him a bill I have to go now and an intimate but thank you Merry Christmas to you and your family they're Christina thanks so much you know you delete that you'll hear from you manage our. And I don't know Donovan to open. -- man I'm now I'm not so sure about that I I always felt that I can you can you prosecute somebody for crime before they commit. Well at -- -- I understand. Ali just about a necklace there's probably call it not a bad -- -- So what are I don't know it's your it's your guys battled. If I'm not -- good general good to belittle all while modern certain gold -- -- this year he's though -- Said as long as he's president is it's going to be the law and and you know what. Unless you get enough votes to override you know something that that might pass which is never gonna pass as long as Harry really controls the senate. But I mean it's it's going to be the law unless of course record comes along that Obama doesn't care what court says or even what the law says. You better get signed up farmer Bryan they're going to be coming after you. Probably your farm to. Nine -- as 1054.
